Colin Harding, President & Executive Consultant
Colin Harding is the President of Jaeger Consulting Group as well as its chief Executive Consultant. Over the last decade Colin has held Executive leadership positions and consulted in industries as diverse as retail, natural health, ecommerce, travel, engineering & design, and manufacturing. Colin has been coaching and consulting with clients, helping them to structure, organize, execute and grow their businesses, since founding Jaeger Consulting Group in February of 2017.
Colin has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Library & Information Science (MLIS) including research in Tacit Knowledge and Experiential Learning. Colin combines his background in the psychology of the workplace and human learning behaviours with his systematic, organizational approach and experience in executive leadership.
Colin developed the SAVE (Systematic Accountable Vision Execution) Leadership system to capture his “people + systems” approach in a method that can be understood, adapted and executed by any business leader. Colin is inspired by the passion of the clients he works with and is motivated by the desire to support them and help them grow and achieve their vision for their business.
